- effectively communicate with kitchen staff, Hooters girls and management
- effectively synchronize orders by time
- complete food orders with accuracy and timeliness
- maintain a clean area throughout shift
- complete daily tasks and assigned project work
- perform kitchen set up and breakdown
- maintain dish area cleanliness and trash removal
- receive and rotate food supplies
- maintain uniform and grooming standards
- continuously develop Hooters kitchen knowledge
