Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to work both front-of-house and back-of-house roles
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and sanitation standards
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide great backyard hospitality for guests
  • Work in a fast and independent manner
  • Cross-train and work multiple stations
  • Consistently follow proper recipes and procedures
  • Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation
  • Take initiative and pitch in to help others
  • Arrive on time and practice accurate time reporting
  • Complete hot food prep assignments following recipes and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate to prepare take out and catering orders timely
  • Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently
  • Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests
