Job Duties
- Provide great backyard hospitality for guests
- Work in a fast and independent manner
- Cross-train and work multiple stations
- Consistently follow proper recipes and procedures
- Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation
- Take initiative and pitch in to help others
- Arrive on time and practice accurate time reporting
- Complete hot food prep assignments following recipes and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate to prepare take out and catering orders timely
- Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently
- Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests
