Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid food handler's card
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
A valid food handler's card

Job Duties

Preparing and cooking pizzas, salads, and other menu items to Grimaldi's high standards
Restocking ingredients, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring food safety practices
Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas
Organizing and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment
Supporting the team and performing other duties as assigned by the manager
