- prior kitchen or banquet experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects

Job Duties
- assist in preparation and execution of banquet and event menus
- follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain a clean and organized dish area
- assist with trash removal and general kitchen upkeep
