Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or kitchen experience
- ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform prolonged standing, lifting, stooping, and walking
- able to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds

- maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, exhibitors, and patrons

Job Duties
- Fulfill the service per each banquet event order (BEO)
- prepare recipes as directed
- maintain all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
- design buffet food presentations
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
- perform other duties as assigned
