Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in food preparation including chopping slicing and cooking ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area including washing dishes and bussing tables as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Support banquet operations by assisting with set-up service and breakdown as required
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to enhance overall guest experience
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food handling practices
