Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations including cooking techniques and food preparation methods
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team

Job Duties

  • Assist in food preparation including chopping slicing and cooking ingredients according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area including washing dishes and bussing tables as needed
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are met
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
  • Support banquet operations by assisting with set-up service and breakdown as required
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to enhance overall guest experience
  • Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food handling practices
