Job Duties
- Provide leadership and guide the kitchen staff to meet operational and company goals
- assist in all positions in the kitchen as needed
- maintain food quality and ensure that all recipe books are being used
- enforce sanitation and food safety rules
- assist with cost control
- ensure proper kitchen protocol and compliance with human resource procedures
- create an environment of both-win management and model company values daily
- interview, schedule, train, supervise, and coach kitchen staff
