Job Requirements
- Willing to work flexible shifts including weekdays weekends evenings and statutory holidays
- Basic computer skills in MS Office
- Familiar with relevant tools and equipment
- Able to interpret product labels accurately
- Able to communicate in English
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Demonstrated commitment accountability and reliability
- Good organization problem-solving interpersonal and customer service skills
- Positive proactive and self-motivated work ethic

- Basic computer skills in MS Office
- Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment
- Ability to interpret product labels accurately

- Ability to communicate in English
- Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is advantageous

Job Duties
- Ensure quality control during receiving
- Manage inventory and product quality of all
- Implement FIFO concept
- Maintain full product display
- Execute procedures for handling expired products and manage shrinkage
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming smile
- Greet and assist customers enthusiastically and courteously
- Assist customers in product selection and offer recommendations
- Address customer complaints promptly
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members
- Provide feedback on staff performance
- Assist in staff training and development
- Lead by example demonstrating proficiency in all assigned duties
- Ensure all cooked products are properly packaged and displayed
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors
