Job Requirements

  • Willing to work flexible shifts including weekdays weekends evenings and statutory holidays
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office
  • Familiar with relevant tools and equipment
  • Able to interpret product labels accurately
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated commitment accountability and reliability
  • Good organization problem-solving interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Positive proactive and self-motivated work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment
  • Ability to interpret product labels accurately
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols
  • Good organization and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Positive proactive and self-motivated work ethic
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is advantageous
  • Demonstrated commitment accountability and reliability in previous roles
  • Good team player capable of collaborating and assisting others

Job Duties

  • Ensure quality control during receiving
  • Manage inventory and product quality of all
  • Implement FIFO concept
  • Maintain full product display
  • Execute procedures for handling expired products and manage shrinkage
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming smile
  • Greet and assist customers enthusiastically and courteously
  • Assist customers in product selection and offer recommendations
  • Address customer complaints promptly
  • Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members
  • Provide feedback on staff performance
  • Assist in staff training and development
  • Lead by example demonstrating proficiency in all assigned duties
  • Ensure all cooked products are properly packaged and displayed
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors
