Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service
  • Passion for team training and development
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Strong passion for training and developing team members
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate computer systems relevant to restaurant management
  • Commitment to safety and security protocols

Job Duties

  • Manage the Heart-of-House operations ensuring smooth kitchen workflow
  • Oversee performance and execution of all HOH team members
  • Provide direction, training, and supervision to kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with health codes, labor laws, and safety regulations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Operate and oversee safety and security systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and drive team engagement
