Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant, bar, or kitchen management role
- Knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and food handling practices
- Ability to train and develop team members effectively
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations
- Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety regulations
- Manage inventory and food cost control
- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve performance and efficiency
- Monitor food quality and consistency
- Participate in scheduling and staffing decisions
