Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant, bar, or kitchen management role
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and food handling practices
  • Ability to train and develop team members effectively
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and food cost control
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve performance and efficiency
  • Monitor food quality and consistency
  • Participate in scheduling and staffing decisions
