Job Requirements

  • Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • you have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • you have a passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • manage food quality and ensure safe food handling and sanitation
  • enforce health codes and labor laws compliance
  • train and develop team members
  • manage inventory and labor costs
  • ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain safety and security procedures
