Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment
- Deep knowledge of food, ingredients, plating, and allergens
- Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and team-first attitude
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of the shift
- Ability to lift, balance, and move large food trays weighing up to 35 pounds
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks

Job Duties
- Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with urgency, accuracy, and grace
- Maintain complete knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and plating to explain dishes when needed and ensure accuracy of every delivery
- Communicate clearly and efficiently between the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow
- Confirm proper seat numbers and courses for each dish to uphold exacting service standards
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organization in the Expo and service stations
- Support reset, clearing, and mise en place as needed to ensure seamless transitions
- Participate in pre-service meetings and tastings to stay informed on menu changes and chef notes
- Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
- Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and innovation
