Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current food handler's permit
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Must be mission-driven and work collaboratively
- Must pass any necessary background checks or health screenings as required by company

Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all kitchen products and services
- Maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the kitchen
- Confirm pricing accuracy and signage for all products with attention to advertised items
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen daily according to company standards
- Serve chef-prepared salads and entrees from the chef case
- Slice meats and cheeses to order
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
- Package kitchen products and place them on the sales floor
- Restock the kitchen department and assist with sorting and putting away kitchen deliveries
- Assist as needed in other areas of the kitchen
