This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, one of the most recognized fast-food brands worldwide. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products, operating the restaurant independently from McDonald's USA. This distinction is important because the franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, discipline, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • ability to work between 8am and 8pm
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • prior experience in fast food or kitchen environment helpful
  • availability to work part-time hours
  • reliable and punctual attendance
  • capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks

Job Duties

  • Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors
  • maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • operating grills to cook meat and eggs
  • using fryers to prepare chicken products
  • assembling sandwiches on the prep line
  • collaborating with team members to complete orders
  • assisting guests with ordering kiosks and addressing their needs
