- Commitment to working a minimum of 6 months
- ability to lift 50lb bags of rice
- availability to work during store hours (10am-9pm)
- punctuality and reliability with no tolerance for tardiness or missed shifts
- willingness to follow instructions and accept feedback
- ability to prioritize and multitask
- desire to learn basic cooking techniques

- ability to lift 50lb bags and stand for extended periods

- prior kitchen or prep cook experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepping all menu ingredients including fish, veggies, rice, and sauce
- labeling all perishable items with names and dates
- refilling and restocking poke bar
- maintaining time and temperature logs
- organizing and maintaining clean workstations
- alerting managers of low inventory and out of stock items
