Job Duties
- make all drinks in the Boba station
- plate all appetizer items in the Side Station
- pack takeout orders in the Packing station according to Din Tai Fung’s recipes and SOP’s
- clean and maintain all three stations
- take regular inventory
- restock necessary items
- assist with other kitchen duties as assigned
