Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant, catering service, or food industry setting preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices essential
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques required
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Ability to follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness
  • Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen team members
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
  • Cook and plate dishes efficiently during service hours, maintaining high standards of food presentation and taste
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene and proper food handling at all times
  • Assist with menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation methods
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
  • Support catering orders and special event meal preparations with enthusiasm and attention to detail
  • Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or team members, ensuring excellent food service experience
