Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Food handler's safety certification
- Previous cafe, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic with ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation a plus
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to stand for most of the day
- Ability to lift equipment or packaging ranging from 20 to 40 pounds
- English language proficiency

Job Duties
- Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, cups, lids, and other supplies throughout service
- Keep workstations, counters, and equipment clean and organized
- Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, utensils, and bar tools
- Assist with trash, recycling, and general cleaning to maintain health and safety standards
- Support baristas during peak hours with running drinks, stocking, and other needs
- Prepare basic ingredients such as chopping, portioning, and assembling grab-and-go items
- Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Keep prep and storage areas clean, organized, and properly labeled
- Deliver food to various locations
- Receive, check, and store deliveries according to standards
- Assist with pastry case setup and restocking
