Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant kitchen or food preparation preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capacity to meet physical demands such as lifting heavy items, standing for long periods, and exposure to kitchen environments
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintains a good image of the company and helps create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
  • Ensuring the company serves a quality menu
  • Responds to all guest complaints timely, taking all appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience with the restaurant and brand
  • Perform daily kitchen operations including food preparation and recipe execution
  • Adhere to OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety codes, and company policies with uncompromising standards
  • Maintain sanitary practices for food handling, kitchen cleanliness, and dining areas
  • Coordinate with front-of-house and management to achieve targeted sales and food cost results
  • Manage physical tasks such as inventory maneuvering, lifting up to 100 lbs, and maintaining workflow under high-pressure situations
