Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
- physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs
- manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive arm and hand movements
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and local health and safety regulations
- ability to work under stress or emergency situations
- willingness to work nights and weekends
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl as needed

Job Duties
- maintains a good image of the company and helps create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
- ensuring the company serves a quality menu
- responds to all guest complaints timely, taking all appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience with the restaurant and brand
- executes the highest standards of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety code, and company policies with uncompromising standards
- ensures all sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- works closely with front of house and management teams to coordinate daily kitchen operations
- develops streamlined workflow in food delivery and execution
