Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
  • ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs
  • manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive arm and hand movements
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and local health and safety regulations
  • ability to work under stress or emergency situations
  • willingness to work nights and weekends
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl as needed

Job Duties

  • maintains a good image of the company and helps create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
  • ensuring the company serves a quality menu
  • responds to all guest complaints timely, taking all appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience with the restaurant and brand
  • executes the highest standards of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety code, and company policies with uncompromising standards
  • ensures all sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
  • works closely with front of house and management teams to coordinate daily kitchen operations
  • develops streamlined workflow in food delivery and execution
