- One to three months of previous stock clerk/steward or related experience is highly preferred

Job Duties
- Monitor all deliveries
- analyze invoices
- inspect all products for quality, temperature, and condition
- perform proper rotation of all food and beverage products
- report any faulty or incorrect deliveries immediately
- receive, open, unpack, and stock new or transferred restaurant supplies to their appropriate shelves, racks, tables, and service stations
- store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area
- keep the kitchen wares storage organised
- remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster
- clean and sanitize garbage cans
