Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous food service or kitchen experience preferred
- food safe certification or ability to pass certification
- excellent communication skills
- pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- pass criminal background check
- current Colorado driver’s license
- maintain current automobile insurance if driving for company
- basic computer skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- maintain sanitary conditions
- free of communicable diseases
- comply with fire, health, safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures and regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one year of food service or kitchen porter experience preferred
- food safe certification or ability to obtain certification
- knowledge of food service preparation preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to interact effectively with customers and coworkers
- basic computer skills including email
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- current Colorado driver’s license and driving record compliant with company policy
- immunizations up to date including TB test within first 7 days
Job Duties
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- maintain sanitary working conditions
- assist culinarians with minor food preparation
- prepare and load racks for dishwasher
- operate and maintain dishwasher machine
- inspect and rewash dishes if needed
- maintain cleanliness of work areas including walls and floors
- remove trash and dispose of waste
- assist other team members
- restock napkin holders and condiment containers as needed
- work at other venues as assigned
- perform other duties as requested
