Job Duties

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to meet Outback Steakhouse standards
  • Ensure all cleaned items meet required wash and rinse temperature guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, equipment, and workstations
  • Handle trash removal and linen bag collection in a timely manner
  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, or cutting ingredients when required
  • Keep storage, prep, and dish areas organized and well-stocked
  • Follow all food safety and workplace safety practices to protect guests and team members
