Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to meet Outback Steakhouse standards
- Ensure all cleaned items meet required wash and rinse temperature guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, equipment, and workstations
- Handle trash removal and linen bag collection in a timely manner
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, or cutting ingredients when required
- Keep storage, prep, and dish areas organized and well-stocked
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety practices to protect guests and team members
