Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to work nights/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Must be able to work at multiple locations
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug screen and background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serve Safe certification preferred
- Demonstrated successful experience working with diverse populations
- Previous food service experience preferred, willing to train
- Hospitality and service to St. Vincent guests while serving meals
Job Duties
- Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized
- Sweep and mop floors
- Be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations
- Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries
- Keep the food and supply storage areas organized
- Take out the trash
- Help with food prep when needed
- Serve guests at shelters when needed
