Job Requirements
- Must have 2-3 years on food and beverage industry or related
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a high-volume environment
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to work in hot/cold and/or wet areas
- Must be able to stand during entire shift often up to 8 hours with frequent bending squatting and lifting plates boxes and objects up to 30lbs
- Must have a strong understanding of restaurant health and safety regulations
- Attentive and detail oriented
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2-3 years experience in food and beverage industry or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of restaurant health and safety regulations
- Ability to maintain attention to detail

Job Duties
- Inspect and verify correct quantities and types of food items received
- Check condition of goods to ensure they meet quality standards
- Update inventory records in the restaurant's system
- Organize and store received goods appropriately within the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
- Communicate with suppliers and staff to resolve discrepancies
- Process returns due to damages or incorrect shipments
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned by Head Chef
