Job Requirements

  • Must have 2-3 years experience in food and beverage industry or related
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in a high-volume environment
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to work in hot, cold, and/or wet areas
  • Must be able to stand during entire shift with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects up to 30lbs
  • Must have a strong understanding of restaurant health and safety regulations
  • Attentive and detail oriented

Job Duties

  • Inspect and verify correct quantities and quality of received food items
  • Update inventory records to reflect accurate stock levels
  • Organize and store received goods in designated locations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
  • Communicate with suppliers and staff to resolve discrepancies
  • Process returns due to damages or incorrect shipments and report to management
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Head Chef
