Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to meet physical demands including standing walking and lifting heavy items
- flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- passion for hospitality and desire to grow within the company
- ability to work under pressure to a high standard
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- prior experience in kitchen or hospitality roles is an advantage but not required
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Job Duties
- clean cookware glassware and silverware promptly and thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and restaurant areas
- comply with Department of Health standards at all times
- communicate and coordinate effectively with restaurant management
- adhere to Swingers ethos policies and procedures
- assist in maintaining stock levels and dishwashing equipment
- report any maintenance or cleanliness issues immediately
