Job Duties

  • Plan, order, and organize merchandise
  • train, coach, and direct all associates in the Kitchen Place Department
  • perform production and customer service functions
  • maximize store sales and profits
  • maintain proper inventory levels
  • price and display all merchandise
  • merchandise all end caps, power wings, mission tables, vignettes, and cross merchandising
  • maintain proper signage, tags, and promotional materials
  • maintain all new planograms
  • respond appropriately to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, accidents, and questions
  • use Magic System to manage ordering and replenishment of merchandise
  • coach and train associates in merchandising, customer service, product presentation, and promotions
  • implement company programs and adhere to safety and sanitation policies
  • maintain equipment and facilities properly
  • maintain floor, shelf, and Kitchen areas clean
  • execute the Marketplace Sales Plan
  • keep updated on planogram revisions, Marketing Bulletins, notes, and communication
  • supervise and coach direct reports
  • complete performance reviews and provide feedback
  • perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
