Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan, order, and organize merchandise
- train, coach and direct all associates in Kitchen Place Department
- perform production and customer service functions
- maximize store sales and profits
- maintain proper inventory levels
- price and display all merchandise
- merchandise end caps, power wings, mission tables, vignettes, and cross merchandising
- maintain signage, tags and promotional materials
- maintain new planograms
- respond to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, accidents, and questions
- use Magic System to manage ordering and replenishment
- coach and train associates in merchandising techniques and customer services
- implement company programs and policies especially safety and sanitation
- communicate and interact to provide positive impressions
- maintain equipment and facilities properly and safely
- keep floor, shelf, and Kitchen areas clean
- execute Marketplace Sales Plan
- supervise and evaluate direct reports
