Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old for driver position
- have a valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years for driver position
- no more than 3 moving violations in past 36 months
- no more than 1 at-fault accident in past 36 months
- availability to work weekends and evenings
- willingness to work hard and take on responsibilities
- ability to interact positively with customers and staff
- pass any required training and background checks
Job Qualifications
- at least two years of experience in the quick service industry for shift leader position
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to supervise and manage staff
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- valid driver’s license for driver position
- reliable vehicle in good working condition for driver position
- clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months
- ability to handle cash and point of sale systems
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- manage restaurant operations during shifts
- supervise team member performance including food preparation and cleaning
- ensure compliance with company safety policies
- serve customers at the counter and answer phones
- take and prepare orders including pizza, wings, subs, and salads
- deliver food orders accurately and timely
- assist with general cleaning and dishwashing
- open and close the restaurant according to company standards
