Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two or more years of full-service kitchen experience
  • leadership experience in culinary or kitchen operations
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • reliable and team-oriented
