Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively with team members

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- culinary degree preferred
- previous kitchen management experience in casual dining preferred
- at least one year of supervisory experience

- ability to train and motivate staff effectively

- discretion in handling confidential information
Job Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations ensuring efficiency and quality
- recruit train and develop a motivated kitchen team
- promote team unity and a positive work environment
- coordinate with hospitality teams for a seamless service experience
- ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- manage food cost inventory and labor productivity
- evaluate and guide kitchen staff performance
- participate in food preparation and service as needed
- continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness
- engage in professional development to further restaurant management knowledge
