Job Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of management experience in casual dining
- Proven success in high-volume kitchen settings
- Experience leading back-of-house teams
- Ability to pass a TSA-level background check and maintain airport security badge
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours
- Ability to reach, bend, and maintain a neat appearance
- Strong communication and team-building skills
Job Qualifications
- 6-8 years of management experience in casual dining
- Proven success in managing high-volume kitchen operations
- Experience leading back-of-house teams
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation procedures
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Familiarity with both back-of-house and front-of-house operations is preferred
- Experience managing in environments with shared kitchens or multi-unit locations is preferred
Job Duties
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver high-quality, scratch-made dishes
- Oversee all aspects of back-of-house operations, ensuring food safety, sanitation, and adherence to company recipes and standards
- Manage inventory and ordering to achieve targeted food and labor costs
- Utilize training tools and on-shift coaching to foster growth and performance in your team
- Collaborate with other managers to support kitchen operations across multiple airport locations
- Act as a role model for professionalism, innovation, and effective communication
