Job Requirements

  • At least 6-8 years of management experience in casual dining
  • Proven success in high-volume kitchen settings
  • Experience leading back-of-house teams
  • Ability to pass a TSA-level background check and maintain airport security badge
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to reach, bend, and maintain a neat appearance
  • Strong communication and team-building skills

Job Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of management experience in casual dining
  • Proven success in managing high-volume kitchen operations
  • Experience leading back-of-house teams
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation procedures
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Familiarity with both back-of-house and front-of-house operations is preferred
  • Experience managing in environments with shared kitchens or multi-unit locations is preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver high-quality, scratch-made dishes
  • Oversee all aspects of back-of-house operations, ensuring food safety, sanitation, and adherence to company recipes and standards
  • Manage inventory and ordering to achieve targeted food and labor costs
  • Utilize training tools and on-shift coaching to foster growth and performance in your team
  • Collaborate with other managers to support kitchen operations across multiple airport locations
  • Act as a role model for professionalism, innovation, and effective communication
