Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of relevant kitchen management or sous chef experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work varied shifts
  • willingness to participate in ongoing training programs

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience working in casual, high volume restaurants
  • strong understanding of restaurant operations
  • ability to lead a team effectively
  • hospitality or culinary degree preferred

Job Duties

  • ensure outstanding food quality and recipe adherence
  • manage line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen supervisors
  • maintain smooth kitchen operations and workflow
  • uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • assist with inventory management and procurement
  • support training and development of kitchen staff
  • contribute to achieving hospitality and operational goals
