Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant kitchen management or sous chef experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work varied shifts
- willingness to participate in ongoing training programs
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience working in casual, high volume restaurants
- strong understanding of restaurant operations
- ability to lead a team effectively
- hospitality or culinary degree preferred
Job Duties
- ensure outstanding food quality and recipe adherence
- manage line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen supervisors
- maintain smooth kitchen operations and workflow
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with inventory management and procurement
- support training and development of kitchen staff
- contribute to achieving hospitality and operational goals
