Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently to ensure high-quality food preparation

- Enforce Pluckers' standards of guest service and kitchen safety
- Collaborate with management team to maintain inventory and control food costs
- Participate in the 8-week Assistant Coach training program to master company culture and operational skills
- Lead by example, demonstrating work ethic and encouraging team development
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold company policies
