  • Experience in full service food service management
  • ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire, train and manage the management team
  • Develop the management team into future leaders
  • Ensure perfect food quality and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Manage labor, food, meat, and maintenance costs
  • Utilize technology like TOAST, Ctuit, Rezku, and Microsoft Suite
  • Foster a positive, fast-paced working environment
