Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train and manage the management team
- develop the management team into future leaders
- implement financial controls on labor, food, meat, and maintenance costs
- manage food safety and cleanliness standards
- monitor food quality and guest satisfaction
- utilize restaurant technology tools like TOAST, Ctuit, Rezku, and Microsoft Suite
- foster a positive and productive work environment
