- Experience with TOAST, Ctuit, Rezku, and Microsoft Suite preferred

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train and manage the management team
- Develop the next generation of leaders through mentoring
- Maintain tight management controls of labor, food, meat, and maintenance costs
- Oversee and ensure food safety and cleanliness standards
- Monitor and ensure food quality meets guest expectations
- Utilize technology for efficient kitchen operations
- Foster a positive and fun work environment in a fast paced setting
