Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years combined experience in front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • One to two years in a kitchen management or similar role
  • Ability to work morning shifts consistently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Flexibility to fill in various roles as needed
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one to two years experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role
  • At least three years combined experience in front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate team members
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional guest experiences
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work mornings and manage a brunch-focused restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and smooth service
  • Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house staff, providing training and mentoring
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction
  • Fill in where needed to support service and staff development
  • Communicate clearly with team members and management to coordinate operations
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages team development and respect
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
