Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years staff management experience
- Demonstrated food service experience
- Ability to read and interpret recipes and perform basic math conversions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

Job Duties
- Understanding National School Breakfast Program
- Understanding National School Lunch Program
- Food preparation on a large production scale
- Utilizing kitchen equipment
- Meeting company’s expectations
- Understand company’s food concepts
- Daily production records and paperwork
- Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
- Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
- Training school cafeteria workers on food production and recipes utilization
- Understanding functions of kitchen equipment
- Meeting company’s expectations
