- Five plus years experience in kitchen leadership in a full-service, moderate to high volume restaurant
- Strong leadership skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Desire to work in a fast paced, enthusiastic environment
- Culinary school background is a plus

Job Duties
- Communicate clearly and perform consistently using the mission and values of the organization as a guide
- Ensure that each shift is set up for success, runs smoothly with great cook times, delicious tasting dishes, and good morale
- Act as both a fantastic cook and chef, working on the line and creating exciting specials
- Serve as a coach and mentor to colleagues to maintain a safe and fair work environment
- Efficiently read and communicate orders, integrating needs from multiple departments and service team members
- Lead a team to prepare and execute food quickly and consistently following established systems
- Take responsibility for recruiting, hiring, and developing staff into valuable team members
- Manage financial aspects including payroll, food cost, and waste
- Create opportunities for leaders to develop and grow their skills
- Facilitate staff involvement in meetings and educational opportunities
