Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
  • obtain and maintain current Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire or promotion
  • ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
  • perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances
  • standing for long periods and ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures
  • bachelor of science degree in hotel or restaurant management is desirable, a combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative
  • proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
  • agree to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment with schedule determined by business needs
  • proficiency in reading and writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in full-service restaurant

  • Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management (preferred)
  • Proficiency in restaurant functions including food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reports

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to foster team development and engagement
  • Experience in financial analysis and cost control
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Support and mentor team members to reach full potential

  • Drive sales and profitability through financial analysis and scheduling

  • Ensure safe working and guest environments
  • Review financial information and identify improvement opportunities
  • Utilize hardware and software systems for operational efficiency
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and innovate departmental success
