Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- obtain and maintain current Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire or promotion
- ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances
- standing for long periods and ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures
- bachelor of science degree in hotel or restaurant management is desirable, a combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative
- proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
- agree to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment with schedule determined by business needs
- proficiency in reading and writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in full-service restaurant
- Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification (or obtained within six months)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical job functions
- Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management (preferred)
- Proficiency in restaurant functions including food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reports
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment
- Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to foster team development and engagement
- Experience in financial analysis and cost control
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
Job Duties
- Support and mentor team members to reach full potential
- Recruit and screen candidates using approved interviews
- Ensure training and compliance completion
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing feedback
- Recognize and coach team members for excellence
- Maintain positive guest service and resolve complaints within 24 hours

- Oversee cleanliness, food quality, and presentation

- Promote a safe, healthy environment and enforce HACCP standards
- Drive sales and profitability through financial analysis and scheduling
- Control food costs and enforce recipe standards
- Manage payroll and administrative duties accurately
- Implement security and loss prevention measures
- Ensure safe working and guest environments
- Review financial information and identify improvement opportunities
- Utilize hardware and software systems for operational efficiency
- Adapt to changing circumstances and innovate departmental success
- Maximize resources and empower team members
- Ensure compliance with policies and laws
