Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Obtain and maintain Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb ladders, and walk long distances
- Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures
- Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capability
- Must sustain performance under stress and tight deadlines
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire
- Bachelor of science degree in hotel or restaurant management desirable
- Proficient in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, and recordkeeping
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mathematics
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and under stress
- Demonstrated capability to coach and motivate teams
