Job Requirements
- high school degree
- minimum of five years of hospitality management experience
- available to work 2pm-11pm Monday-Saturday
- strong communication skills
- supervisory and leadership skills
- knowledge of financial and budgetary practices
- proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- ability to perform physical motor skills such as lifting and bending
- multi-tasking abilities
- strong client relationship skills
- ability to coach and develop team members
- commitment to food safety and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- high school degree is required
- BA/BS in Food Service or Culinary Management is preferred
- a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the hospitality industry specifically in management
- available 2pm-11pm Monday-Saturday
- knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational practices
- demonstrates loyalty, integrity, motivation, trustworthiness, dependability, empathy, and professionalism
- a passion for people and service
- able to lead, coach and delegate a team of individuals in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- everything behind the swinging door during the shift
- always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A quality requirements
- coaching the behaviors of all leaders and team members who work in the kitchen
- have a hustle that creates surprisingly fast speed of service
- attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
- execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
- maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
- vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the kitchen
- ensuring the kitchen is ready for a backstage tour with a four-minute lead time
- daily assign kitchen crew to positions and ensure all pickup/delivery orders are made in a timely manner
- coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all kitchen team members
- aligning daily practices of the kitchen with the vision of the organization and with the goals of the organization
- responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment used in the kitchen
- either repair in-house or call appropriate repair person for broken equipment within 24 hours of notification of problem
- track and eliminate waste of food
- responsible for team building, and coaching members of the kitchen team
- responsible for all checklists, truck orders, and produce orders
