- prior experience in a kitchen supervisory or management role
- strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties

Job Duties
- Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient food ticket times
- managing performance of Back of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- assisting development of key employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones
- conducting line taste and temperature checks for inventory and safety
- overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of items
- managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
- directing Back of House work including scheduling and task assignments
- training employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning
- reviewing applications and interviewing candidates
- creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment consistent with core values and goals
