Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of staff management experience
- Experience in food service operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret recipes
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain clearances
- Pass criminal background checks

Job Duties
- Understanding National School Breakfast Program
- Understanding National School Lunch Program
- Food preparation on a large production scale
- Utilizing kitchen equipment
- Meeting company’s expectations
- Understand company’s food concepts
- Daily production records and paperwork
- Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
- Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
- Train school cafeteria workers on food production and recipes utilization
- Train school cafeteria workers on understanding functions of kitchen equipment
- Train school cafeteria workers on meeting company’s expectations
- Train school cafeteria workers on understanding company’s food concepts
