Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year work experience managing a restaurant with a staff of 10 or more
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Able to communicate clear and effectively
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to fifty pounds
  • Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
  • Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and pre-employment screenings

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year work experience managing a restaurant with a staff of 10 or more
  • Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Valid ServSafe certification
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience with inventory management and menu planning
  • Proficiency with software tools such as Restaurant 365, Toast POS, and Office 365

Job Duties

  • Supervises and achieves the highest standards in the operation of kitchen areas
  • Directs and supervises proper staffing, service, product quality and guest satisfaction
  • Maintains a clean, safe and well-maintained kitchen facility, fixtures, and equipment
  • Leads the training and development of new and existing kitchen staff
  • Oversees compliance with Over Easy service and sanitation standards
  • Assists in menu planning, inventory and management of supplies
  • Ensures proper food and beverage cost controls and labor management
