Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year work experience managing a restaurant with a staff of 10 or more
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Able to communicate clear and effectively
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to fifty pounds
  • Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
  • Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of background check and other pre-employment screenings

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year work experience managing a restaurant with a staff of 10 or more
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Valid ServSafe certification
  • Experience using software tools like Restaurant365, Toast POS, and Office 365
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Supervises and achieves the highest standards in the overall operation of food and service areas in the restaurant
  • Directs and supervises proper staffing, service, product quality and guest satisfaction
  • Oversees and works alongside all BOH staff and assists in their training and development
  • Maintains compliance with sanitation, health and safety standards and oversees facility maintenance
  • Assists in menu planning, inventory management, and ensures proper food cost controls
  • Leads daily pre-shifts and communicates effectively with management and team
  • Problem solves and resolves employee conflicts, irate customers, and vendor issues
