Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen management role
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy with proficiency in inventory and data management software
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Proven ability to manage inventory and cost control

Job Duties
- Manage inventory control for kitchen and stewarding supplies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct work assignments in the Stewarding Department
- Write and manage staff schedules according to staffing guidelines
- Support hiring, supervision, payroll, development, and training of stewarding staff
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to maintain morale and motivation
- Monitor food cost and manage vendor relations to ensure best pricing
