Job Requirements
- 3-5 years kitchen experience required
- 1-3 years management experience required

Job Duties
- run all kitchen and shift responsibilities including opening and closing
- manage daily team deployment and routines
- create and maintain kitchen prep schedules and lists, including prep and pull tasks
- taste food at least twice per shift for quality and flavor
- ensure flawless execution of food recipes
- manage timing, quality, and freshness of drinks
- uphold safety and security standards for food and team
- conduct hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- provide initial and ongoing training and cross-training
- develop team members and conduct evaluations and one-on-one communications
- manage daily communication and shift hand-offs
- organize restaurant team meetings
- create and maintain a positive energy and great atmosphere
- train and mentor kitchen supervisors (S2 level)
- consistently teach, train, and coach the kitchen team
- oversee food accountability and control food ordering, waste, yields, par levels, and variances
- manage proper receiving, organization, and rotation of inventory
- ensure inventory accountability, food cost control daily and end of period (EOP)
- maintain equipment and tools with care and respect
- collect and act on guest service feedback
- develop action plans following third party inspection results
